I did this painting for someone in Zanzibar

Muharram 2008 Paintings -

this painting expressing the 3rd imam (pbuh) holding his 4 month baby on the day of Ashura in Kerbala... I did this painting for Kerbala Project in Dar es salaam... Its on Canvas, primed and framed..... but Acrylics, no oil paints, since i wanted it to get dried very fast.. it took me 4 days in total to complete it.... (prolly)..... My first time ever such art..... God Bless.... If God wishes, i will definately get its prints and put for sale....

Thoughts on my Art

I don't know how to start since i am too late for blogging about my art, about my contributions and whatever fills the gap that concerns what i particularly do in the world of ART.

Let me see what my mind speaks right now since i am knocking it hard to provide me some sense to post in here....

Well, In the past years, months, weeks... I have done Glass painting, Crap paper art, Face painting, fabric painting, water coloring, painting on my wall in my room, painting on the boring wood furnoture again in y room, oil on canvas, painting on hard board, painting on papers, cupboard, mugs, candle floating bowls, coffee table, vas, pots, i have done sand painting, clay painting, ink painting, nib painting, brush painting, poster painting, sketches, scraps, slambooks, scrapbooks, crayons, oils, acrylics, pencils, markers, i have painted walls, made banners. Latest that i am looking forward to is canvas!


I have taken part in competions that were organised by Unicef, Swiss Air, High school, inter High school, Inter medium school...
Contributed my work for I.U.L.S , DSM Shia boys scouts, Leo Club/ Lions Club, YAS group, I.U.V.C and random art competitions that my friends took part and they came to me and yeah they won 1st , 2nd positions.

I have applied mehendhi to almost 20 brides, done make up to them for their weddings (not all 20 brieds), I love fashion designing, Interior designing, exterior designing, Re-arranging and i like doing all the crazy stuffs tht can give me Artgasm!
